The Platform is intended solely for users who are "accredited investors" as defined in Rule 501 of Regulation D. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are an accredited investor and agree to provide or authorize us to obtain any information we deem necessary to verify your status.

The Company is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or tax advisor. The information provided on the Platform is for informational purposes only. The Company does not provide and is not engaged in rendering legal, tax, accounting, or other professional services. 7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Orlando, Florida.
