How do the investment tiers work?
Each loan has a base rate (7.5% to 13.5%) set by the borrower and underwriter. Your tier is determined by how much you invest in that specific deal. Invest $250K+ or fund 100% of a note to earn an extra 1.25% on top of the base rate. Smaller investments still earn attractive returns starting at the full base rate.
What's the minimum investment?
The minimum is $25,000 per individual loan. You can diversify by investing in multiple loans across different borrowers, property types, and geographic locations. There's no maximum limit or requirement to invest in multiple deals.
How is my investment protected?
Every loan is secured by a recorded 1st lien mortgage position, giving you legal priority in repayment. All loans undergo rigorous underwriting supported by proprietary tools, and we work with conservative loan-to-value ratios. Third-party servicing ensures transparency and proper administration.
How do I receive returns?
Most loans pay monthly interest distributions directly to your account. You'll have access to a digital dashboard where you can track performance, view statements, and manage your portfolio in real-time. Returns are based on your investment tier for each specific loan.
